Community Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to build, grow, and engage our online communities across various social media platforms and forums. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and interactive environment, driving brand advocacy, and gathering valuable community insights to inform our content and marketing strategies within the Indian entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates within the community.
• Organize and manage online community events, contests, and campaigns.
• Analyze community sentiment, identify trends, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage and moderate community forums and groups, ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the Indian entertainment industry.
