PharmaLife Innovations Ltd. is seeking a diligent and experienced Company Secretary / Compliance Officer to join our corporate legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies, and for managing corporate secretarial functions. This role is crucial in maintaining good corporate governance and safeguarding the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of corporate secretarial functions, including board meetings, minutes, and statutory filings.
• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations in India and other jurisdictions where the company operates.
• Advising the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance best practices and compliance matters.
• Managing statutory registers and ensuring timely updates.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal counsel.
• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with a degree in Law (LLB) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
