Company Secretary / Compliance Officer (3-4 Yrs) for Pharma Company

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Company Secretary / Compliance Officer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree and possess a strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to all legal and statutory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and supporting the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage and maintain statutory registers, minutes of meetings, and other corporate records.

- Assist in the preparation of annual reports, financial statements, and other statutory filings.

- Coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.

- Liaise with regulatory authorities, legal counsel, and auditors.

- Implement and monitor internal compliance policies and procedures.

- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
