Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our employees. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
- Oversee the design and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors for benefits administration and payroll.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies for C&B programs to employees.
