Role Summary:
Ola Electric is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. This role will be crucial in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent within our fast-growing urban mobility sector in India. You will be responsible for ensuring our C&B strategy aligns with business objectives and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory and non-statutory benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to communicate C&B programs and policies to employees.
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits providers and compensation survey providers.
- Develop and maintain C&B policies and procedures.
- Lead the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
