Compensation & Benefits - Other (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Compensation & Benefits professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our HR team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have a foundational understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR policies. This role will support the C&B team in various operational tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of employee reward programs within the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and statutory benefits.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including data collection, analysis, and report generation.
- Help in the management of employee health insurance, life insurance, and other welfare schemes.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking on compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on C&B metrics for management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Respond to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the implementation of new HR policies and programs related to C&B.
