Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits professional to join our growing team in Delhi. This role will support the administration and execution of various compensation and benefits programs within our petrochemical division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of C&B principles and have a diploma in a relevant field, with 1-6 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the administration of employee compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentives.
* Support the management of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits.
* Conduct market research and data analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
* Prepare reports and presentations on C&B data for management review.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
* Collaborate with HR team members and external vendors on C&B related matters.
* Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems.
* Support the annual salary review and performance appraisal processes.
* Respond to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
