Job Description
Role Summary: The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering the company's compensation and benefits programs. This role plays a crucial part in attracting, retaining, and motivating talent by ensuring competitive and equitable reward structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other statutory benefits.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management, providing insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
Manage vendor relationships for benefits providers.
Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees about their compensation and benefits.
Support the HR team in various compensation and benefits-related projects.
