Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent in the competitive water treatment and waste management industry. You will work closely with HR leadership and finance to ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation packages are competitive within the Indian market.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee queries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the annual salary review and budgeting process.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends and program effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in C&B.
