Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our growing team at Paper Boat. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce. You will play a key role in ensuring our C&B offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our startup's strategic goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive schemes.
- Oversee the design and implementation of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive within the Indian beverage industry and startup ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise communication materials for employees regarding their compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy of compensation and benefits data.
- Assist in the annual salary review and performance-based increment process.
- Analyze C&B data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
