Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as a Competition Risk Analyst. This role will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential competitive threats and market risks that could impact our strategic initiatives and business growth within the dynamic IT services and consulting landscape in India. You will leverage your advanced research and analytical skills to provide critical insights that inform decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the competitive landscape in the Indian IT services and consulting sector, identifying emerging trends, new entrants, and disruptive technologies.
- Develop and implement sophisticated models to assess the potential impact of competitive actions and market shifts on Wipro's business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, pricing, product development, and market positioning.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships from a competitive standpoint.
- Collaborate with business leaders, strategy teams, and legal departments to develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, translating complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to competition and market analysis.
