Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Competition Risk professional to join our growing team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential competitive threats that could impact our strategic objectives within the dynamic biotechnology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive intelligence gathering, and risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape in the biotechnology sector, identifying key players, their strategies, and potential disruptive innovations.

Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence from various sources, including market research reports, industry publications, and public domain information.

Assess the potential impact of competitive activities on Biocon's business strategy, product pipeline, and market share.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Marketing, Legal).

Prepare concise and insightful reports and presentations for senior management on competitive risks and recommended actions.

Stay abreast of regulatory changes and policy developments that may influence the competitive environment.
