Completion Engineer (0-2 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Completion Engineer with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our growing VFX team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the final delivery of visual effects shots and sequences meet all technical and artistic specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify completed VFX shots against client briefs, technical specifications, and artistic direction.
- Perform quality control checks to identify and flag any errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from the approved standards.
- Coordinate with CG artists, compositors, and supervisors to ensure timely resolution of any identified issues.
- Manage and organize shot assets, ensuring proper file naming conventions and directory structures.
- Assist in the final assembly and delivery of VFX sequences, adhering to required formats and codecs.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with team members and project managers regarding shot status and potential roadblocks.
- Develop and implement checklists and procedures to improve the completion process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in VFX completion and delivery.
