Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Completion Engineer to join our dynamic team at Arvind Limited. The Completion Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient completion of various textile production processes, from fabric finishing to garment manufacturing. This role requires a strong understanding of textile engineering principles, process optimization, and quality control to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the final stages of textile production processes, including dyeing, printing, finishing, and garment assembly.
- Monitor production lines to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with production teams, quality control, and R&D to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the completion process.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods relevant to the completion stages.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in textile completion.
