We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Completion Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Des background to enhance user experience and streamline product flows within the BFSI sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our digital products are intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate user research and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and product enhancements.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the FinTech industry.
