Completion Engineer - Biotechnology (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Completion Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Biotechnology division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all project-related documentation and processes within our manufacturing and research operations. This role requires a strong understanding of documentation control, data management, and a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the completion of all project-related documentation, including batch records, validation reports, and deviation reports.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to gather required information and resolve discrepancies in documentation.
- Track the progress of documentation completion and provide regular updates to project managers.
- Implement and maintain efficient document control systems and workflows.
- Assist in the preparation and review of documents for regulatory submissions and audits.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases related to project completion and product lifecycle.
- Identify and propose improvements to documentation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
