Completion Engineer - Electronic Components / Semiconductors (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Completion Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a strong understanding of electronic component lifecycles and semiconductor processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of product development and manufacturing stages, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the final stages of product development and manufacturing for electronic components and semiconductor devices.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Validate product specifications and ensure they meet design requirements and customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the completion phase of projects.
- Document all processes, test results, and final product configurations meticulously.
- Participate in product testing, validation, and release procedures.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation, reporting progress and potential roadblocks to management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
