Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Trainer with an M.Tech degree to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies within the fast-paced animation and VFX industry. You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs to ensure all employees are aware of and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training materials on compliance topics relevant to the animation and VFX industry, including data privacy, intellectual property, and ethical conduct.
Assist in the creation and updating of compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and employee understanding.
Stay updated on evolving compliance regulations and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Collaborate with various departments to identify compliance training needs.
