Compliance Trainer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Trainer to join our Legal department. The Compliance Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing comprehensive compliance training programs for our employees across various levels and functions within our Indian operations. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging and effective compliance training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, workshops, and case studies, tailored to the Indian legal and business context.
• Deliver training sessions to employees on various compliance topics such as anti-bribery, data privacy (e.g., DPDP Act), anti-money laundering, competition law, code of conduct, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, quizzes, and post-training evaluations, and make necessary improvements.
• Stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes in India and globally that impact the company's compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, and business units to identify training needs and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related queries.
