Compliance Trainer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Trainer to join our team within the Electronic Components / Semiconductors division. The Compliance Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs to ensure all employees understand and adhere to relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of compliance and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update training materials on compliance topics relevant to the electronic components and semiconductor industry, including data privacy, intellectual property, export controls, and ethical conduct.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (in-person and virtual) to employees at all levels.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, and business unit leaders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Promote a strong ethical culture and awareness of compliance responsibilities throughout the organization.
