Job Description
Role Summary: The Compliance Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure all employees within the Defence & Aerospace sector understand and adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards. This role is critical in fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update comprehensive training materials on various compliance topics, including but not limited to, defence procurement regulations, export controls, anti-corruption policies, data privacy, and workplace safety.
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (in-person, virtual, and e-learning) to employees at all levels of the organization.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, quizzes, and performance monitoring, and make necessary improvements.
Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into training content.
Collaborate with legal, HR, and business unit leaders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Promote a strong ethical culture and awareness of compliance obligations throughout the organization.
