Compliance Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Trainer to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in educating our employees on crucial compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. You will develop and deliver engaging training sessions, monitor employee understanding, and contribute to maintaining a culture of compliance within the organization. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of experience in a training or compliance-related role, who possesses strong communication skills and a 12th Pass education.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training materials on compliance topics, including but not limited to, data privacy, anti-corruption, and workplace conduct.

Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing employees, both in-person and virtually.

Assess employee understanding of compliance policies through quizzes, feedback forms, and other evaluation methods.

Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion.

Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure training content is current and accurate.

Assist in the development and implementation of new compliance initiatives.

Respond to employee queries regarding compliance policies and procedures.
