Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Trainer to develop and deliver training programs focused on regulatory adherence and best practices within our urban transport operations. The ideal candidate will ensure all employees understand and comply with relevant laws, policies, and ethical standards, contributing to a safe and efficient operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive compliance training modules covering topics such as road safety regulations, data privacy, anti-corruption policies, and labor laws specific to the Indian context.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to diverse employee groups, including drivers, delivery personnel, customer support, and management.
- Stay updated on evolving compliance regulations and industry standards relevant to urban transport in India.
- Assess training effectiveness through various methods, including quizzes, feedback surveys, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, and operations teams to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
