We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Trainer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. This role is crucial in ensuring all employees understand and adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for developing and delivering engaging training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on compliance topics, including code of conduct, data privacy, anti-corruption, and relevant industry regulations.
Stay updated on evolving compliance laws and regulations in the electrical equipment sector.
Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance monitoring.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Collaborate with legal, HR, and operational departments to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
Assist in the development and implementation of new compliance policies and procedures.
