We are seeking a motivated and skilled Computers Teacher with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating our staff on various computer-related skills essential for the clinical research environment. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and effective teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on computer literacy, software usage (e.g., MS Office Suite, clinical trial management software), and basic IT troubleshooting for employees.
Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and practical exercises, tailored to the needs of a clinical research organization.
Assess employee learning and provide constructive feedback to enhance their technical proficiency.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and software updates relevant to the clinical research industry and incorporate them into training programs.
Provide one-on-one support and guidance to employees facing technical challenges.
Contribute to the IT department's efforts in maintaining a high level of technical competence across the organization.
