Computers Teacher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Computers Teacher to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 1-6 years of experience, who can leverage their design thinking and pedagogical skills to develop and deliver engaging computer literacy and digital skills training programs for our legal professionals. The goal is to enhance the digital fluency and efficiency of our workforce, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize modern technological tools in legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum for computer literacy and digital tools relevant to the legal industry, incorporating principles of user experience and instructional design.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to employees at various skill levels.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, user guides, video tutorials, and interactive exercises.
- Assess learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and digital tools applicable to the legal sector and integrate them into the training program.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees on using specific software and hardware.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and digital adoption within the organization.
- Collaborate with IT and legal departments to identify training gaps and tailor content to specific departmental needs.
