Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Computers Teacher with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about imparting digital literacy and foundational computer skills to our workforce within the Analytics / KPO / Research domain. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training modules that enhance the technical capabilities of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver foundational computer and software training sessions tailored for employees in the Analytics, KPO, and Research sectors.
Develop engaging training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises, leveraging design principles from your M.Des background.
Assess employee learning and provide constructive feedback to improve digital proficiency.
Stay updated with the latest trends in computer technology and educational methodologies to continuously improve training content.
Assist in troubleshooting basic computer-related issues for trainees during sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
