Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Assist with event planning and execution for company gatherings, workshops, and client presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage procurement processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to the design team, including document management, presentation preparation, and research.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify and address any operational challenges to improve efficiency.
