Concierge (3-5 Yrs) for Urban Mobility Platform

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Concierge with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to provide exceptional support and streamline operations for our innovative urban mobility platform. You will be the go-to person for ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for users and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of mobility services, including vehicle deployment, maintenance scheduling, and user onboarding.
- Utilize analytical skills to monitor service performance, identify trends, and suggest operational improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures and user guides.
- Assist in the planning and execution of pilot programs and service expansions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Provide on-the-ground support during service disruptions or critical events.
