You will be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and partners with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
• Provide information about company products and services, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as document preparation and data entry.
• Handle client feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary.
