Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and sophisticated Concierge with 3-5 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional support and personalized services to our executives and stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and a positive experience. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced media and entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and hospitality services with meticulous attention to detail.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and ensure a well-maintained and efficient workspace.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges to ensure smooth operations.
