Configuration and Deployment Management Specialist (3-4 Yrs) (Delhi)

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Configuration and Deployment Management Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment and management of our IT systems and infrastructure within Decathlon India. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of IT operations, change management, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures.
• Manage the version control and baseline of software and hardware configurations.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the deployment of new software, hardware, and system updates.
• Ensure that all deployments adhere to established change management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, providing timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all system configurations and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of solutions.
