Configuration and Deployment Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Configuration and Deployment Manager to oversee the setup, maintenance, and deployment of our software systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our production environments, supporting our rapid growth in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust configuration management processes and tools.

Manage and automate the deployment of applications and infrastructure across various environments (development, staging, production).

Ensure consistency and integrity of configurations across all systems.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot deployment-related issues.

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth releases.

Maintain documentation for configurations, deployment procedures, and infrastructure.

Implement and enforce security best practices in configuration and deployment.
