Configuration and Deployment Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Configuration and Deployment Manager to oversee and optimize the configuration management and deployment processes for our retail technology infrastructure across India. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our software and hardware deployments, supporting our extensive retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust configuration management strategies and processes.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated software deployments.

Ensure consistency and integrity of configurations across all environments (development, staging, production).

Manage version control systems and track all configuration changes.

Automate deployment processes to reduce manual errors and improve deployment speed.

Monitor deployment success and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth release cycles.

Define and enforce configuration standards and best practices.

Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools.

Maintain documentation for all configuration and deployment procedures.
