Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Engineer to oversee and manage various construction projects within our expanding educational infrastructure. This role will involve ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the development of our learning centers and facilities across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities for new facilities and renovations.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and mitigating potential delays.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and material usage.
- Review and approve project-related documentation, including blueprints, permits, and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of construction activities with organizational goals.
