Role Summary:
Pratham Education Foundation is seeking a Construction Engineering professional to oversee and manage various infrastructure development and maintenance projects across its operational areas in India. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely completion of construction activities related to our educational centers and facilities, adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for construction projects.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit project completion reports.
