Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and hands-on Construction Engineering professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for overseeing and executing various construction and maintenance projects related to our manufacturing facilities and operational infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge and the ability to manage on-site activities effectively, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, including site preparation, material procurement, and workforce management.
Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deviations from the planned work.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress.
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material records.
Support in the implementation of quality control measures on construction sites.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of existing company facilities and infrastructure.
