Construction Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within our pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, adhering to all regulatory and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for all construction activities.
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local Indian standards), and environmental policies.
- Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Ensure proper handover of completed projects and documentation.
- Implement and enforce company's quality control and assurance procedures.
