Construction Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within our food processing facilities across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies, particularly in an industrial and food processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for all construction activities.
2. Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including civil, mechanical, and electrical work.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, especially those pertaining to food processing facilities.
4. Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
6. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
7. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
8. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
9. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and quality assurance teams.
10. Ensure all construction meets the specific hygiene and safety standards required for food processing environments.
