Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and diligent Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects within our hardware and networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring necessary permits and licenses, coordinating the efforts of internal resources and third-party contractors or consultants, and ensuring the quality of work performed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction activities.
Oversee and direct construction, maintenance, and installation activities.
Review the status reports and deliverables from project team, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with all building codes, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
Manage all on-site construction activities and coordinate with various trades.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
