Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our new branch construction projects across India. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, aligning with HDFC Bank's brand and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle, from design and permitting to construction and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and HDFC Bank's internal policies.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Manage contractor performance and resolve any disputes.
