Construction Manager - Railways Sector (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Manager with 2-4 years of experience, holding an MBA/PGDM, to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing railway construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and efficient resource allocation. You will play a key role in the planning, execution, and closing of various railway infrastructure development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and management of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.

Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Contribute to the strategic planning and business development aspects of railway projects.
