Construction Manager role in Medical Services / Hospital (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager with 2-3 years of experience, holding a B.Com degree, to oversee and manage construction projects within our hospital facilities in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of construction and renovation projects, contributing to the expansion and enhancement of our healthcare infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and financial records, leveraging B.Com knowledge.

Assist in procurement processes, vendor management, and invoice processing.

Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues, proposing timely solutions.

Support in financial tracking and reporting for construction projects.
