Construction Manager (Vijayawada)

We are seeking a Construction Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to oversee construction projects for our expanding infrastructure in Vijayawada. This role requires a blend of project management, financial acumen, and on-site supervision to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple stakeholders and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and handover.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
