Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our production facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in our fast-paced FMCG startup environment. You will contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects related to new manufacturing lines or facility expansions.
- Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards within the manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Contribute to the selection and procurement of new manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs and training materials.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the scale-up of production capabilities to meet growing demand.
