Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our manufacturing operations team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and contributing to various aspects of our chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing principles within the chemical industry and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to implement new processes, technologies, and product improvements.
• • Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• • Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, quality reports, and inventory management.
• • Participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and manufacturing lines.
• • Train and mentor junior manufacturing staff on operational procedures and safety practices.
