Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Construction / Manufacturing Specialist. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing the construction and manufacturing processes for our urban mobility solutions, including electric vehicles and charging infrastructure. You will play a key part in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of our physical assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects related to charging stations and vehicle manufacturing facilities.
- Oversee the manufacturing process of electric scooters and motorcycles, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate prototypes into scalable manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement efficient assembly line procedures and workflows.
- Source and manage relationships with suppliers for raw materials and components.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards in construction and manufacturing.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the supply chain for manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction or manufacturing phases.
- Contribute to cost optimization strategies for both construction and manufacturing.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, production output, and budget adherence.
