Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Construction / Manufacturing - Other professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Com degree and have a strong understanding of financial principles as they apply to large-scale projects within the banking sector. This role will involve supporting various operational aspects related to our construction and manufacturing initiatives, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the financial planning and budgeting for construction and manufacturing projects.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary controls.
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to understand operational needs and financial implications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support in the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract review from a financial perspective.
- Reconcile accounts and manage financial records related to construction and manufacturing activities.
- Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research on construction materials and manufacturing costs to inform budgeting.
