Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction / Manufacturing - Other professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at our Ahmedabad facility. This role is crucial for supporting our manufacturing operations and contributing to the efficient production of high-quality paper products. The ideal candidate will have a practical understanding of manufacturing processes and a willingness to learn and grow within the pulp and paper industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Support maintenance and repair activities for manufacturing equipment, coordinating with the technical team.
Participate in the implementation of new manufacturing processes or improvements.
Maintain accurate production records and inventory logs.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing environment.
Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving on the production floor.
