Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of construction materials and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all construction materials on-site and at warehouses.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor material usage and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Support the planning and scheduling of material requirements for construction and maintenance projects.
- Ensure all material handling and storage procedures comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to understand material needs and provide solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on material status, consumption, and inventory levels.
